A web platform bringing performance tracking and analytics to para track and field — a sport where the data exists but has never been organized into something athletes and coaches can actually use.

  • Built a SQLite/D1 database of 38,712 para track performance records.
  • Developed beta projection models for athlete performance analysis.
  • Drove application development through OpenAI Codex with detailed prompts and iterative feedback cycles.
  • Own the full stack of infrastructure: GitHub version control, Cloudflare deployment, DNS, and database.

A ten-year look at tuition across 35+ Dallas–Fort Worth universities, built to answer a question a scholarship board had never put numbers to: what is an award actually worth now?

  • Pulled and reconciled a decade of tuition data across 35+ institutions using Excel, pivot tables, and API data dumps.
  • Adjusted award sizing for purchasing power rather than headline tuition.
  • Presented the methodology and recommendation to the executive board and defended it in Q&A.
  • The resulting budget recommendation contributed to a 60% increase in both the scholarship budget and the size of each award, for every year going forward.
